We are an international ministry community with bases in Buffalo, New York; the New York City area; Karlsruhe, Germany; and Jerusalem, Israel; as well as a network of relationships from every background that spans the globe.
This team serves together to touch Israel and the nations with the hope and love of God, to train the next generation of Christian leaders, and to unite and empower believers to make a difference in the world.
Eagles’ Wings was launched in 1993 when Robert returned from a time of living in Jerusalem.

Robert is not Jewish. Through a study of Scripture and of current events, he has made a lifelong commitment as a Christian believer to support Israel and the Jewish people.
Our main headquarters are located in Clarence, NY, just outside the city of Buffalo. We also have bases located in the New York City area; in Karlsruhe, Germany; and in Jerusalem, Israel. Also, through our Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem, we have representatives in more than 175 nations globally.
The EW offices are home to more than 15 ministry departments for the organization. Our staff begins every work day with 45 minutes of corporate worship and prayer, and then begins with the various scheduled ministry work assignments for the day. Our office is open from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm EST each weekday.
Unmarried staff members at Eagles' Wings emphasize the value of community by sharing homes known as the men’s and women’s Discipleship Houses, which are all within close proximity to our main offices. These homes are an important part of the emphasis of our ministry, which is to live out our faith, to build unity, and to be those who exemplify relational commitment to each other. Married staff members have their own homes for their families, also in close proximity, allowing them to be an active part of the close-knit community atmosphere of EW.
In our years of walking out this community lifestyle, we have found it to be both challenging and also extremely rewarding. As we live and work together in a close-knit environment, that very environment facilitates a transformational experience in which God performs His work in our hearts and makes us more like Him. We are also involved in many of the communities surrounding Buffalo, building bridges of relationship and seeking opportunities to serve the region in which we live. We serve as members of the Clarence Hollow Association and the Clarence Chamber of Commerce, and have close relationships with many area churches, pastors, and ministries in our region.
EW is a parachurch organization that has active relationships with many churches in the regions where it is located. Although we are not a ‘local church’ in the cultural sense, we do function as a relational body of believers that also is a regular part of the spiritual life of the local church in Buffalo and other regions. To that end, when they are not ministering at other churches or events around the world, members of the Eagles’ Wings team attend local churches where they live.
Eagles’ Wings has an outside Board of Advisors, made up of seasoned, internationally-respected leaders in the body of Christ. The members of our board include:
Bishop Jim Bolin, Powder Springs, GA
Steven Fry, Senior Pastor of The Gate, Franklin, TN; President of Messenger Fellowship,

These leaders have ongoing personal interaction with Robert Stearns and the EW team, both at regional conferences and events and annually at our offices for a three-day extensive meeting to review all aspects of our ministry. For more information about our Board of Advisors, check out our
meet the community page.
We are supported primarily through the donations of individuals and churches, and supplementally by providing resources for purchase to the general public. All members of our full-time ministry staff, from our executive director Robert Stearns to the newest interns, raise their own financial support through partnerships with people who are part of our Impact Destiny Team or IDT. For more information about how to join the Impact Destiny Team and partner with us financially, please visit our
partner with us page.
All donations to Eagles' Wings are tax-deductible. We are a 501 (C)(3) non-profit organization. Purchases of resources, trip fees, and event registrations are not tax-deductible.
Your prayers and support are what take the ministry of Eagles' Wings to the nations. To make a secure online donation, or for more information about how to join our team of faithful financial supporters (the Impact Destiny Team), please visit our

If there is a particular EW staff member that you would like to support financially, please visit the

Absolutely! Eagles' Wings begins each day with 45 minutes of prayer, worship, and Bible study, and we set aside Tuesday specifically as a day when we pray, by name, for the many prayer requests we receive. To share your request with us, please

Besides being the name of our
magazine, Kairos is a Greek word for time, signifying a favorable or opportune time that must be seized quickly and forcefully, lest the opportunity be lost. In short, it signifies an opportunity where time and destiny meet.
No; in fact, the responsibilities and departments at EW are very diverse and are kept by individuals with a wide variety of gifts and talents for the carrying out of the work of the ministry.
